Need to Return an Item?

Please send us an email at info@kodanska.dk and include your order number so we know a return shipment is on its way. You can then send the item back to us.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive it.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

How to Return an Item

1. Pack the Item

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and then place it in suitable shipping packaging.

2. Label the Parcel

Please mark the parcel with "Return".

3. Send the Parcel To

4. Refunds

Once we have received and approved the returned item, the refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase, typically within 5–7 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please place a new order through our webshop.

Claims and Damaged Items

If you have received an item with a defect, fault, or shipping damage, please contact us at info@kodanska.dk with a brief description, your order number, and photos of the issue.

We will assess the claim and get back to you as soon as possible.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

Important Information

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Please keep your proof of postage as documentation.
• We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).
• You are responsible for the parcel until it has been received by us.
