Our Flow Carafe can be used as a jug containing refreshing drinks, a vase for beautiful flowers, or as a piece of glass art in an aesthetic still life. The carafe is made of three layers of glass, combining clear and coloured glass. All carafes are the same size, as they are rounded in a wooden mould. The Flow carafe is hand-blown, which creates its unique and varying shape, colour, and pattern.

The colours are chosen based on a playful approach to interior design, using crushed glass and fabric remnants, which in the process develop into stripes, dots, or a graphic pattern. Our wish is for Flow to bring joy and become an aesthetic, colourful, and artistic addition to the home.

Designer Marie Graff was inspired by the expression 'go with the flow' during the development of the Flow collection. She experimented with the process, the unpredictability of glass art, and the materials, which consist of both crushed glass and fabric remnants. The Flow vase is hand-blown in the Czech Republic, where Marie lived with her family for several years. It was there that she started the interior design company Kodanska, which means Copenhagen Street in Czech.

As the Flow Carafe is made of three layers of glass, the colour intensity, pattern, and overall expression of each carafe will be unique.

Washing instructions: We advise against using hot drinks in the carafe, to prevent the glass from expanding and cracking. Dishwasher safe on a gentle glass program, this way the glass will remain beautiful for a long time.
